Cookie Policy

This policy describes cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies used on the Twist Multifamily website operated by Twist Technology LLC. Read it together with our Privacy Policy, which explains the information we collect, how we use and share it, and how to request access or deletion.

What these technologies do

Cookies are small files that a website or service can store in your browser. Local storage keeps information for a website across visits. Session storage keeps information for a browser tab's session. Scripts and similar technologies can also process website activity without setting a cookie.

Essential storage and requested features

We store your privacy preferences and whether you have dismissed the notice in your browser. These records help us respect your choices. They have no automatic expiration in our code, but you or your browser can clear them. Administrator browsers may also store a setting that excludes their activity from tracking.

The Twist AI chat feature uses session storage to maintain a chat token and callback workflow status. This supports the feature you request and is separate from optional analytics and visitor identification. Hosting, security, and administrator sign-in services may use necessary cookies or other storage to deliver and protect the website.

Analytics

When enabled, Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits and selected actions, such as a booking-link click or accepted assessment. Vercel describes this service as using a request-derived identifier rather than third-party cookies. Twist removes query strings and fragments from analytics page URLs and does not send form values as analytics events. See Vercel's analytics privacy information.

Visitor identification and marketing

When enabled, RB2B and its data partners use cookies, browser and network information, and similar identifiers to match website activity with professional profiles or contact information. Twist may use available matches for sales follow-up. Authorized Twist staff may manually request additional contact details from Apollo. Saving your website preferences does not itself initiate a paid enrichment request.

This sharing may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable privacy laws. Provider storage names and lifetimes can vary. Consult the RB2B Privacy Policy and Apollo Privacy Policy for their practices. You can also use the visitor identification provider's opt-out.

Manage your preferences

Manage Preferences lets you turn off analytics, visitor identification and marketing, or both. The public website works with both off. These choices apply to this browser. Closing the banner or preference panel does not change your tracking choices or record consent.

For confirmed U.S. visits, optional services are enabled unless you opt out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. If the visit is outside the U.S., the country is unavailable, or preferences cannot be read, these optional services stay off. Our privacy, cookie, and terms pages do not load either optional tracker.

Browser settings can block or delete cookies and other site storage. Clearing storage may remove your saved choices, so you may need to set them again. Private browsing or a different device may also require separate choices. Blocking essential storage can affect requested features or prevent choices from being saved.

Opting out stops future optional browser collection. It does not automatically erase previously collected information. For deletion or other privacy requests, follow our Privacy Policy or contact sales@twisttechnologyllc.com.

Updates

We may update this policy when our website practices change. The published version will identify its effective date.
