Twist Technology LLC operates this Multifamily website. This notice describes the website's optional analytics and visitor identification features, plus information you choose to submit.
The website, assessments, and booking links work without optional tracking. Traffic analytics and visitor identification require separate opt-in choices. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by not loading either optional tracker. You can withdraw permission for future tracking below. Withdrawing does not automatically delete information already held by Twist or its providers.
When enabled and accepted, Vercel Web Analytics records page visits, referring sites, browser/device information, approximate location, and selected actions such as an accepted assessment or a booking-link click. It processes connection information to produce statistics. We remove query strings and fragments from tracked page URLs and do not send your form answers, name, email, telephone number, chat text, or contact identifiers as analytics events. Collection is withheld when the referring URL contains query or fragment data. A booking-link click is not proof of a completed appointment. When enabled and separately accepted, RB2B and its data partners use browser/device and network information, including cookies or similar identifiers, to try to match US visits with professional profiles. Available results can include a name, employer, role, location, LinkedIn profile, and email. Twist may request available email and telephone details from Apollo for a matched person. These are third-party matches, not verified identities or a guarantee that a particular individual visited. Many visitors will not be identified, and contact details may be missing or inaccurate.

Assessment and callback details are provided directly by you and are used to respond to your request. Google Calendar and Google Meet handle appointment bookings under Google's policies. Submitting a form does not opt you into visitor identification.
Imported visitor contacts are restricted to authorized Twist administrators and encrypted in the application database. They are visible for up to 90 days after their last recorded visit. Expired records are removed during the next dashboard visit, sync, or maintenance run. Provider copies and backups follow their own retention settings. Minimal one-way suppression fingerprints are retained to prevent deleted contacts from being imported again.
To request access, correction, deletion, or an objection to sales use, contact sales@twisttechnologyllc.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Do not include passwords or sensitive documents. We may need to verify your request. A visitor match is not permission to send marketing or place calls; outreach must follow applicable requirements and your preferences.
